XXL Gallery is entering a new phase. After more than twenty years of working with prominent Czech artists, we are opening our doors to a young, talented, and ambitious generation of artists who have the potential to become future leaders of the Czech art scene.
Our gallery has experienced both beautiful and difficult moments. Over the years, we have collaborated with a number of exceptional artists who have left their mark not only on Czech art but also on our personal story. Unfortunately, some of them are no longer with us. It is a sad reminder of the passage of time, but also the reason why we feel the need to open our doors to a new generation—so that the continuity of creation does not stop and so that space is created for new voices, new energy, and new stories.
Leading the New Generation
The New Generation XXL section is led by Ladislav Jr. He brings a contemporary perspective, a sense for current trends, and the ability to discover young talent. His mission is to:
- actively seek out new artists
- monitor their development and growth
- select individuals with long-term potential
- assist them with presentation and market entry
This creates a natural connection between the tradition the gallery has built over two decades and the energy of the new generation.
Call for Young Artists
We are looking for young, promising, and professionally minded artists who want to:
- present their work in a respected gallery
- gain support in entering the market
- reach collectors who are actively seeking new talent
- become part of a long-term project with a clear vision
Just as with the gallery’s main selection, our core principles apply here as well: quality, trust, and long-term value.
Gradual Expansion
We have officially launched the project and will gradually be adding new artists. Each artist will undergo a selection process, consultations, and a professional presentation to ensure we maintain the high standards that Galerie XXL has long represented.
