How to Shop at GALERIE XXL
Buying a painting from us is simple and straightforward. We provide prices on an individual basis to ensure they are always up-to-date and in line with market rates.
1) How to Find Out the Price of a Painting
A) SMS Inquiry
Send an SMS in the following format: artist’s last name + title of the work to 775 706 023. We will send you the price shortly.
B) Online inquiry
On the painting’s page, click on PRICE INQUIRY and fill in the basic information. You will receive the price via email.
2) In-person visit to the gallery
If you are unfamiliar with the artist or their style, we recommend a personal visit. You can view the painting in person and, if interested, purchase and take it home immediately.
(We do not currently accept credit cards.)
3) Shipping the painting by mail
If you do not wish to visit in person, we will safely ship the painting to you via Czech Post. We have had the best experience with them over the long term.
Payment options:
1) Cash on delivery
The price includes:
postage
packaging
transport to the post office
insurance
cash on delivery fee
The total amount is usually around 650 CZK (depending on the size of the painting).
2) Bank transfer
We ship the painting within 3 days of the payment being credited to our account. The price includes postage, packaging, shipping, and insurance.
4) Personal delivery of the painting to your home
If you wish, we can personally deliver the painting right to your home. This service is charged based on distance and the size of the painting.
The advantage is that you can see the painting directly in your home.
5) Easy and secure purchase
Whether you pick up the painting in person, have it shipped, or have it delivered, the entire process is quick and straightforward. Our goal is to make your painting purchase a pleasant and hassle-free experience.
